How to play
Black moves first. Place a disc so that one or more straight lines of the computer's discs, across, up and down or diagonally, are trapped between your new disc and one of yours. Every trapped disc turns to your colour. You can only play where you trap at least one disc; those squares are marked with dots. If you have no move, your turn is passed. The game ends when neither side can move, usually when the board is full. Whoever has more discs wins. Corners can never be turned back, so they are worth aiming for; the squares next to an empty corner often give one away. Beginner takes as many discs as it can, Intermediate values good squares, and Advanced reads several moves ahead. The red dot marks the computer's last move.
Controls
Touch or mouse: tap a square with a dot to place a disc. ↶ Undo takes back your last move and the computer's reply. Keyboard: arrow keys move, Enter or Space places a disc, U or Z undoes.
